Bei Shootings auf TFP-Basis (Kostenfrei) wird ein Modell Release von Modell und Fotograf unterzeichnet. Im Modell Release (Vertrag) werden die Rahmenbedingungen für die Zusammenarbeit festgelegt.
Selbstverständlich besteht die Möglichkeit in beidseitiger Abstimmung kostenpflichtige Dienstleistungen in Anspruch zu nehmen (zB Friseuer, Visa. etc.).
Ein Modell Release kann Online erfasst werden. Bitte beachten, dass dieser erst nach beidseitiger Unterzeichnung Gültigkeit erlangt.
Wichtig! Bei Minderjährigen ist die Unterschrift eines Elternteils im Modell Release erforderlich und dessen Anwesenheit während dem Shooting willkommen.
Bei TfT handelt es sich im Wesentlichen darum, dass Modell und Fotograf unentgeltlich arbeiten. Das Modell bekommt als Entschädigung die Bilder und der Fotograf die Rechte für die eigene Vermarktung.
